A type clamp is a standard item which is made of steel/Iron. We call it as A shape clamp because its shape is like the English letter "A". We have clamps in 2 inch, 4 inch, 6 inch and 9-inch, that are used for woodworking tools, Garbage bags, photography studio, studios, bridal shops, dress shops,drawing board, tool models, industrial flagstones, clothes racks, optical fibers, ropes, computer wires, to play a fixed role.

The diameter of the spring can be customized. Commonly, the larger the product parameter is, the stronger the clamp is. But the largest diameter of spring is 3.5mm, or it will be out of shape.

Surface can be made in zinc or nickel plating or epoxy powder coating with dipped pvc grips or sleeves.

We can make logo or brand on clamps.  There are five methods with logo on clamps/clips.


1)  Logo can printed on white grips, but the main shortcomings: some customers think the grips of color not same pure white after printing, there will be a little yellowish or reddish.

2) Laser printing on sprayed white powder surface They are only one color in black.
Please kindly check following photos. The advantage is that it never fades for laser printing on power coating.
3)The whole body is iron metal with nickel plated, then laser printing on metal surface.
The color is close to nickel itself colors. The advantage is that it never fades for laser printing on metal 
4)Without logo/with vinyl grips and covers, some customers think pure white epoxy coated clamps is better.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If the weight is more than 300 -400 KGS, we'll put them into a pallets or wooden case.  If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
    For sample order or small trail order, we'll need 100% as deposit first.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10-20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. We have first article test. Process inspection, finished products inspection to guarantee the quality.
